Bout It Bout It

Hello, hello! Okay. I'm just checking in to let ever'body know I haven't abandoned this here bloggy thing. A few things have happened since last we spoke. I moved to California from Texas. I made the decision to have a mostly raw lifestyle for the better part of this year. I'm suffering from kitchen woes.

1. My new kitchen is super small compared to the old one and there is virtually no counter space.
2. I have yet to unpack everything so I feel disorganized.
3. My father in law is here until the 11th so I don't have kitchen freedom. He is always making beans, tortillas, and coffee.

But the good news is that I'm going to focus on a wider variety of things. I'll still explore the world of vegan cheeze, but I'm also looking to turn my favorite meals into raw meals.

Also, my seafood eating husband agreed to go vegan for a month. So I have an entire month to convince him to make the switch. Cross your fingers for me. I'll be back soon.

Hooray! You're back!

I'm sorry about the kitchen (happened to me too in the last move)... but I'm sure you'll work something out with the new space.

Also looking forward to seeing more raw stuff! My ladyfriend is not into raw or me being raw, so I have to sneak it sometimes :( Good luck!
